We also offer commercial and pre-listing inspections.  True North Home Inspection operates a Mavic 2 Pro drone for most roof inspections, providing complete detailed coverage of any and all areas of the roof and multiple storied exteriors, eliminating potential damage to roof structures/siding from ladder placement and walking directly on the roof surface.  We began offering residential and commercial drone photography/videography last year. We have a special real estate package, which agents are utilizing for marketing, as well as gifts for clients. We have the technology and creativity to produce professional marketing videos too.  True North Home Inspection has added a boat so we can easily access and inspect water access only and island properties. Realtors do not need to use their valuable time escorting and can trust us to respect and secure all Seller’s property.
